Terre Haute, In. – Khaled Alharbi was in Vigo County Superior Court Thursday for his final pretrial hearing. Alharbi is charged with level 1 felony child molesting as well as level 4 felony child molesting. During the hearing Alharbi was presented with a plea agreement and his jury trial was moved from next week to February 9th. Alharbi was accused last year of sexually molesting a 6-year-old girl who told her teacher that Alharbi had molested her. An examination confirmed the child was molested.
