Farmersburg, In. – West Vigo senior football player Chase Hedden was injured Friday night in the game between the Vikings and the North Central Thunderbirds. Chase suffered spinal shock during a play and was transported to Union hospital for treatment and observation. Social Media was flooded with thoughts and prayers messages from the West Vigo community. Chases mother posted on Facebook Saturday that he was going to be OK. Later on Saturday Chase posted on Facebook and thanked everyone for their prayers “during that very scary incident.”
