Park County, In. – Last Wednesday Parke County Deputies responded to request for assistance for a woman lying in the road on County Road 100 South. The woman was identified as 44-year-old Terri Southard of Hillsdale, In. While the Deputies were assisting Southard she became combative and was taken into custody. She was transported to the Parke County Jail and faces charges of public intoxication, resisting law enforcement, battery on law enforcement.
