Terre Haute, In. – When Vigo County Sheriff Deputies arrived at the scene of an accident at US 41 and Johnson Ave. They found a van and pickup had crashed and the driver was trapped in the van. The Honey Creek Fire Dept. was able to extricate the van driver who was then taken by ambulance to the hospital with complaints of neck and back pain. The driver of the pickup was not injured. Failure to yield right of way was the cause of the accident.
