Terre Haute, In. – Indiana State University says that this years Freshman class in the largest in the last 5 years. The University welcomed 1, 602 Freshmen which is a 13% increase over last years Freshman class. Overall enrollment is flat but the university is pleased that the downward decline of the past several years has slowed. The total enrollment at the university this fall is 7,864 while last year it was 7,895.
