Shelburn, In. – Just after 10:30 Sunday Morning Sullivan County Deputies responded to an accident on County Road 650 North to investigate a two vehicle accident. 50-year-old Tammy Samm of Shelburn was trapped in her vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle was identified as 24-year-old Luke Passmore of Shelburn. He was treated treated for minor injuries at Sullivan County Hospital. Drugs nor alcohol were a factor in the crash.
