Terre Haute, In. – Shortly after midnight Tuesday the Terre Haute Fire Department was dispatched to a fire in a garage in the 1500 block of 8^th Avenue. When the fire Fighter arrived that observed smoke and flames coming from the building. The fire was contained to the building which was a total loss. A fighter Fighter suffered minor injuries while battling the fire. The Firefighter was treated and released from the hospital. Fire Department officials say there was no power in the building and they are investigating the cause of the fire.
