Shelburn, In. – The Indiana State Police have arrested a suspect in the shooting that occurred during a domestic dispute in Shelburn earlier this week. Conner Fields was arrested Wednesday on preliminary charge of attempted murder. The Sullivan County Prosecutor’s Office is reviewing the case and will determine final charges. Officials say that Fields shot the victim during a domestic dispute. The victim was lifelined to the hospital.
