Terre Haute, In. – Late Wednesday Terre Haute Police officers were dispatched to investigate a shooting in the area of Thompson Park on Oak Street. When they arrived the found the victim of the shooting and provided first aid until EMT’s from the Terre Haute Fire Department arrived on scene. The victim was transported to the hospital. Detectives from the Terre Haute Police department are investigating.
