Parke County, Indiana – Just after midnight Tuesday a Parke County Deputy stopped a vehicle on US-41 near Hilltop. The driver was identified as 35-year-old Megan Francis. During the investigation she was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Domestic Battery. The passenger in the vehicle was 38-year-old Johnny Odom. He was arrested for Domestic Battery, Criminal Recklessness, Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.
