Terre Haute, In. – The Terre Haute Fire Department was call out to a fire just before 6am Tuesday to a fire in a vacant home at 1835 Blaine Avenue. The fire was brought under control quickly and was contained to that structure which was a total loss. The utilities were off in the building and the fire was ruled incendiary. The rest of the building will be torn down today.
