Parke County, In. – A traffic stop in Parke County leaves a Parke County man facing several charges. Last Friday officers stopped 34-year-old James Brown for a traffic violation. During the stop the Officers found syringes, marijuana, meth and that Brown did not have a valid drivers license. The drugs were all within reach of a juvenile passenger. Brown also faces charges of neglect of a dependent.
