Putnam County, In. – Eastbound traffic was tied up on I-70 neat the 29 mile marker east of the State Road 59 Exit Thursday morning due to a semi fire. Traffic was restricted to one lane while first responders and emergency crews worked fire and cleared the highway. No injuries were reported. The state police announce that all lanes were opened shortly after noon.
