Sullivan County, In. – Drivers in Sullivan County should be aware that State Road 48 near Shelburn is being closed between North Washington Avenue and North County Road 125 East so the bridge over Kettle Creek can be replaced. Depending on weather conditions officials hope to have the bridge replacement done by the end of November.
