Clay County, In. – The Clay County Community Plan, a strategic road map to guide the county toward a thriving and sustainable future has been introduced by the Clay County Chamber of Commerce. Rooted in extensive community engagement and regional collaboration, the plan identifies key priorities and actionable strategies across four central pillars: infrastructure, economic development, health and wellness and community identity.
