Terre Haute, In. – Former Rose-Hulman Student, Owen Reynolds, had his jury trial on child pornography charges canceled Wednesday after entering into a plea deal on Monday. Reynolds was arrested last April by the Terre Haute Police Department after they received a tip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children, leading them to discover IP addresses linking back to Reynolds address in Terre Haute, and his parents address in Arizona. During the investigation detectives discovered over 150 videos, some of them containing images of minors. The terms Reynolds plea agreement are that Reynolds pleads guilty to two of three counts of child pornography and receives 180 days probation for each charge. As a first time offender Reynolds will not have to register as a sex offender.
