Vermillion County, In. – The Indiana Department of Transportation reports that earlier this week they made a shift in the traffic pattern on State Road 63 near Universal in Vermillion County. Traffic has been moved from the southbound lanes to the northbound lanes. Construction crews have been working on the bridge over Brouilletts Creek since June. The construction is expected to continue until mid-August.
