Parke County, In. – Last Thursday Parke County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to Walker Ramp Road to investigate a report of a family fight. Prior to their arrival the suspect left the scene. He was located west bound on US 36 then north on SR 59 traveling at a high rate of speed. As deputies tried to catch up to him his speed reached over 100 mph. The driver eventually pulled over and was identified as 35-year-old Justin W. Lewis. Lewis was arrested for OWI refusal, Habitual Traffic violator and reckless driving. He was held on a $8,000 bond.
