Terre Haute, In. – George Rahman of Jasper was the winner in this years Catholic Charities Rubber Duck Regatta that took place in Fairbanks Park Friday evening. Members of the public were able to purchase rubber ducks for the chance to win $10,000 and a shot at $1 million if their duck crossed the finish line first. The proceeds from the Rubber Duck Regatta are used to provide food, after school programming, shelter, and additional human and household needs.
