Seelyville, In. – Funded by Vigo County ARPA money Thrive West Central is set to build 18 single family homes in Seelyville. A ground breaking ceremony was held last for the Graham-Cunningham Development Project. These home will be built through the Homes for the Future program. These homes will have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an attached garage, and will be wheelchair accessible. First, Second and Third streets in Seelyville will be extended to accommodate these new homes. New ADA-compliant sidewalks will also be constructed in the development area.
