Terre Haute, In. – In December of last year Michael Baker was arrested and charges with giving a 12-year-old boy an unknown substance to drink. Baker said they found it in a whiskey bottle. The boy died and Baker was arrested and charged with Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Possession of an Altered Weapon. Yesterday a trial date was set for baker. Bakers jury trial is set for August 11th. Baker will be back in court on July 30th for a pre-trial conference.
