Terre Haute, In. – Members of the Terre Haute Boys and Girls club chowed down on hot dogs Thursday grilled by members of the Terre Haute Police Dept. This was the second year for the field day at the learning lab. It was such a hit last year they decided to do it again. The Police Dept. said it a great way to have a positive presence with the kids. The kids also enjoyed snow cones on a hot day. After the meal the police officers engaged in a tug of war with the kids as well as basketball and other activities.
