
Shelburn, In. – The Sullivan County Sheriff Office began an investigation earlier this year after they became aware that Bath Salt of synthetic methamphetamine was being distributed in the county. After obtaining a search warrant Sullivan County Deputies and Indiana State Police troopers searched a home in Shelburn. As they entered the home officers the suspects tried to flush suspected Bath Salts down the drain. Police recovered over 80 grams of suspected bath salts, drug paraphernalia and other materials indicative of illegal narcotic sales. The seized bath salts tested positive as a scheduled controlled substance. Arrested were 58-year-old Michael Shawn Miller, 48 year old Kelley Garner and 35-year-old year-old Savana Frost all of Shelburn. of Shelburn. All Three face drug charges.
