Vigo County, In. – Just before 9am Vigo County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to an accident with injuries on US 40 at Chamberlain Road. When the deputies arrived at the scene they found two heavily damaged vehicles in the lot of a convenience store. The officers report that a Toyota 4-Runner was west bound on US 40 and had a green light at Chamberlain when a Tesla northbound on Chamberlain ran the red light into the path of the Toyota. The driver of the Toyota was taken to the hospital for treatment. The driver of the Tesla was also taken to the Hospital but later died from his injuries. The Fatal Accident ream was called into investigate the crash.
