Terre Haute, In. – Public Safety Agencies in Vigo County will be receiving $25,000 from the Duke Energy Foundation to be used for new technology and training at the Emergency Operations Center. In donating this money Duke says they know how crucial the role first responders play when linemen work to restore power after storms. The Duke Energy Foundation will also be donating to Knox County in support of Emergency Agencies.
