Linton, In. – Just after midnight Sunday morning a fire in a trailer near 6th Street in Linton was reported. A White male was pulled from the trailer and pronounced dead at the scene. The Linton Police has requested the Indiana State Police to assist in the investigation of a homicide. The victims injuries were not related to the fire. An autopsy is pending. The police have not released the name of the victim.
