Terre Haute, In. – Saturday a Vigo County Sheriff Deputy puller over a car after observing the driver using a cell phone while driving. The driver was identified as 38-year old Casey Poteet of Missouri. The drivers license check showed that Poteet was wanted for failure to register as a violent sex offender. He was arrested and is currently in the Vigo County Jail.
