Paris, Il. – The Illinois State Police and Paris, Illinois Police issued a missing person report for 72-year-old Bill Mooneyham. He was last seen driving south on Route 1 in Edgar County about 3:30 Sunday afternoon. Mooneyham is driving a silver 2013 Ford F-150 pickup truck with Arizona plate. The plate number is TCOYS. According to police Mooneyham has a condition and could be in danger. If anyone spots him contact the Paris Police Dept. at 217-465-6351 or call 911.
