Terre Haute, In. – The federal government has paused Enteks $1.2 billion loan to build a plant in Terre Haute that would manufacture parts for Lithium-ion batteries. Entek officials have been working closely with the Department of Energy to free up those funds. They are also working with other sources of funds so the plan is moving along but at slower pace than planned. They are still hoping for production to begin at the pant in late quarter 3 or early quarter4 of this year.
