Wabash Valley – Duke Energy has chosen five organizations in the Wabash Valley to receive grant money to boost growth and job creation. The selected organizations submitted a plan to Duke Energy outlining their plan that would have a direct impact on their community’s economic growth. The grant money awarded to the organizations was reflected by the size and scope of their plan. The organizations are: Accelerate West Central Indiana Economic Development, Daviess County Economic Development Corporation, Greene County Economic Development Corporation, Knox County Indiana Economic Development and the Martin County Alliance for Economic Growth. $5,000 was awarded to each organization.
