Terre Haute, In. – The new Rural King location on south Third Street welcomes world Champion eater Joey Chestnut to Memorial Day festivities at the store on Monday May 26th. Chestnut is known as the Worlds Champion Hot Dog eater but while in Terre Haute he’ll be eating Popcorn. Rural King is known for their popcorn so what a better place to set a popcorn eating record? Chestnut will be available for a meet and great on Sunday May 25th then on Monday the 26th he will attempt to break his own popcorn eating record. The events at Rural King are free and open to the public.
