Terre Haute, In. – Sunday afternoon the Terre Haute Fire Department was dispatched to a fire reported at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. When the fire fighters arrived the was light smoke coming from the building. The blaze started in a grinding/sanding booth and had been extinguished by 3 students using fire extinguishers. The building overhead sprinklers also activated helping put out the fire. The THFD assisted in smoke removal from the building. The fire was rued accidental There were no injuries reported.
