Marshall, Il. – Police in Illinois are asking for help in locating a missing Marshall, Illinois man.  Robert S. Bumgardner was last seen on the corner of North 3rd and Beech Street in Marshall on April 14th.  Bumgardner has medical issues and may be in danger.  He is mute and deaf.  He also has type 2 diabetes. Bumgardner is a white male, 203 pounds, 5 feet 6 inches tall with brown hair and green eyes. You anyone has any information on him please contact the Marshall, Illinois police.
