Sullivan Couple Arrested for Neglect of a Dependent

Sullivan County, In. – In March the Indiana State Police began an investigation after a report of a child had been neglected, resulting in hospitalization. The investigation revealed that 22-year-old Destiny R. Williams and 20-year-old Josiah Q. Horton, both of Sullivan, had allegedly neglected a dependent, which resulted in the hospitalization of the child. After reviewing the investigation, the Sullivan County Prosecutor’s Office issued arrest warrants for Williams and Horton.  Both were arrested Wednesday and booked into the Sullivan County Jail and charged with Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Bodily Injury, Level 5 Felony. They both are being held with a $15,000 bond. The Indiana State Police received assistance from the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office in this case.
