Cayuga, In. – After an investigation that began last October the Indiana State Police have arrested a Cayuga man for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor and Possession of Child Pornography.  After reviewing the information in the investigation, the Vermillion County Prosecutor’s Office issued an arrest warrant for 40-year-old Carthell D. Jeys Jr., age 40, of Cayuga.  Jey was arrested Monday evening. He is accused of allegedly committing sexual misconduct with a female child in Vermillion County and the possession of child pornography.  Jeys is currently being held in the Vermillion County Jail without bond.
