Vigo County, In. – I-70 eastbound was a parking lot yesterday afternoon when a Semi caught fire near the Darwin Road exit in western Vigo County. Emergency crews responded, the fire was extinguished quickly, and the eastbound lanes were opened back around 5:30p.  Eastbound traffic was routed off the interstate at the state line to National Avenue, U.S. 40 across the river bridge to U.S.41 causing a lot of traffic congestion on South 3rd.
