Rockville, In. – A Rockville man that is on parole for child molesting in 2019 is now facing more charges. Back in December John A. Montgomery III was taken into custody for parole violation after his parole officer found evidence on his phone that he had images of 12-year-old girls on his phone and a texts with a 17 year old female co-worker and exchanging nude photos with her.  Tuesday Montgomery III was formally charged with 10 level 5 felony counts of possession of child pornography.
