Terre Haute, In. – Terre Haute officials have announced the next phase of the Terre Town Connect program which is making city water available to residents on Terre Town. The city held meetings with residents and are adding those that want to be added.  The rest will continue using wells. In this phase 41 residents will be connected to Indiana American Water and 8 new fire hydrants will be added.  The process of getting these homes connected will begin in February.
