DELPHI, Ind. — Richard Allen has been found guilty for the 2017 killings of Delphi teenagers n.

The jury reached their verdict after about 20 hours of deliberations, which began last Thursday afternoon. The jury left early Friday and Saturday before returning Monday morning. The families of Williams, German, and Allen made their way to the courthouse early Monday afternoon.

The word came in around 1 o’clock that the jury had reached a verdict. Shortly before 3 o’clock, the verdict was revealed as guilty on all four counts of murder.

“This isn’t over at all,” said Kathy Allen, Richard Allen’s wife, as she left the courthouse Monday alongside attorneys Brad Rozzi, Andrew Baldwin, and Jennifer Auger.

Media pool reporters said Allen appeared pale and stood silent Monday. He briefly turned to his family and mouthed the words “are you okay?”

Allen’s defense team will almost certainly file some form of appeal, as the team already submitted Odinism and third-party suspect theories for the court record. Special Judge Fran Gull prevented the defense from introducing those theories into trial because she claimed the defense could not provide a “nexus” between those suspects and the murders.

The victim’s families hugged and cried as they left the courthouse.

Indiana State Police Superintendent Doug Carter was seen hugging members of the prosecution.

Sentencing is set for December 20th at 9 a.m., and the gag order will remain in effect until that day is over.
