TERRE HAUTE – A motion to grant county money to Mullen Flats, a low-income housing project, has been tabled in a joint decision by the Vigo County Council and Mental Health America.

Mullen Flats plans include 42 low-income housing units and a diversion center to be located next door to Liberty Village in Terre Haute. But the $15 million project is a million short.
