Terre Haute, in. – After 11 hours of deliberations the trial of Brent Robertson ended in a mistrial. That’s after the jury was unable to reach a verdict. Robertson faced charges related to driving under the influence causing death. Police say Robertson hit and killed 15-year-old Tony Elkins in August 2021. Elkins was riding a dirt-bike in western Vigo County. The jury trial has been reset for February 21st.
