TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  – On Tuesday, Vigo County Commissioners approved a lease with Tim Drake for part of the former International Paper property.

Drake was the only bidder.

He says that he wants to turn the area into and indoor and outdoor concert venue.

Now that the deal is done, Drake can start building as soon as he is ready.

County commissioners say that this will only use part of the available site and there is still room for more development.
