VIGO COUNTY, Ind – This week the Vigo County Area Plan Commission side stepped a decision on a plan to sub divide property on North Clinton Street to make way for a new Dollar General store.

This is the second time the issue has been tabled.

Area residents have expressed their opposition to the store being built.
