PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind – Indiana State Police and the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people in connection to various crimes in the area.

These events began around July 8th. 

Troopers say that 23 year old William Jordan Clements of Fillmore, IN, was arrested on warrant out of Putnam County for Criminal Confinement, Theft, Resisting Law Enforcement, Criminal Mischief, Criminal Trespass, Petition to Revoke Bond, and Petition to Revoke Probation. 

State police and sheriff’s deputies also arrested 21-year-old Cassidy Frost of Bainbridge, IN. (Clements female companion) and say that she is also a person of interest in these events. 

Frost was also wanted on a Putnam County warrant for Possession of a Syringe (two counts) and Theft.
