Parke County, In. – A twenty-year-old Rosedale man has been arrested following a major multi-agency investigation into the online sexual exploitation of children. According to the Rockville Police Department Andrew Thom was taken into custody earlier this week after detectives executed a search warrant in the Rosedale area. Investigators allegedly discovered a substantial amount of child sexual abuse material in his possession. Thom is now facing twenty felony counts, split evenly between the possession and distribution of the illegal material.
