
Terre Haute, In.- Misty Casey, the Terre Haute woman accused of a drunk driving crash that killed two juveniles last year, now has a timeline for her day in court. According to recent updates from Vigo County Court, Casey is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on November 10, followed by an official jury trial on December 1st. Casey faces 11 charges, including neglect of a dependent and operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing death. Authorities state that she ran a stop sign in June 2025 while driving with a blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit, resulting in the tragic deaths of teenagers Avery Sullivan and Tamiya O’Quinn. Casey previously pleaded not guilty.
