Terre Haute, In. – Two suspects are behind bars this morning following a weekend shooting incident in Terre Haute. The police reports that an argument broke out Friday night in the 700 block of South 8th Street. Handguns were drawn, and multiple shots were fired. 18-year-old Jordea Cornes faces charges of criminal recklessness and attempted aggravated battery, while a 17-year-old juvenile was arrested for carrying a handgun without a license. Officers also recovered firearms and illegal drugs from the scene. Fortunately, authorities report no injuries, and the investigation remains active.
