Terre Haute, In. – Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology is seeking Wabash Valley community partners to submit local design projects for senior civil engineering capstone courses, offering free expert help to municipalities, churches, and non-profits. Submitted projects must integrate at least two engineering areas, such as site development, transportation, or water resources.
