Terre Haute, In. – Fifty-three-year-old Ryan B. Davenport was taken into custody by state troopers following a criminal probe that originally began in May. According to investigators, Davenport allegedly forced himself on a woman for sexual gratification during an incident in White County. After reviewing the case details, a White County judge approved an arrest warrant late last week. Davenport was booked into the White County Jail, where he is currently being held without bond on felony counts of rape and sexual battery.
