Dugger, In. – A mother and son face felony charges after police raided an indoor marijuana grow-op on South Third Street in Dugger. Investigators seized dozens of plants and packaging gear from the home. Police arrested 52-year-old Brenda Vance and her 28-year-old son, Austin Vance. Both face counts of manufacturing marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance in Sullivan County.
